Two decades ago, Pallavi embarked on a yoga journey that transformed her life. Seeking to improve her strength and flexibility, she discovered something far deeper: a profound sense of inner peace and calm. This holistic understanding fuels Pallavi's passion for sharing yoga with others. 

 

She says,

 Yoga is for everyone.  It empowers individuals to connect with their minds and bodies on a deeper level.

 

Outside of the yoga studio, Pallavi finds joy in spending time with her husband and two daughters, from exploring nature on leisurely hikes to creating delicious and nourishing meals together.

Umashree Kumaresh

Umashree has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than 13 years. She takes great pride in having had the opportunity to introduce yoga and meditation to many who have become avid yoga practitioners.

 

She says, 
"Yoga is a way of life, and practicing yoga can form deeper connections both internally and externally. Any kind of yoga practice should prepare and lead the individual to a meditative state, which is when yoga begins!"

When she’s not teaching yoga, she likes to read, watch movies, and spend time with her daughter. She also likes to explore other spiritual modalities like Reiki, Mindfulness, Chakra meditation etc.
